The Principal of EBS was a Partner in a large Third Party administration firm and a Principal in one of the largest privately owned agencies in Indiana.
EBS represents nearly every major group dental, vision, and disability market. EBS represents traditional dental, MAC plans, and dental self funded plans. Employees can access vision plans through the huge box stores to the locally owned optometrist. Disability plans range from very large monthly benefits with "own occ" definitions to plans tailored to the needs of the Blue Collar worker.
EBS will develop and implement a communication plan which will provide the employees with adequate information in order to thoroughly know the benefits that are provided and offered by the employer.
